    Is Colorado Digital Academy a homeschool program?

    Colorado Digital Academy is a tuition-free, online public school that gives families the flexibility they value in homeschooling with the added support of certified teachers, a complete K-12 curriculum, and a structured learning program.

    Unlike traditional homeschooling, families don’t have to search for curriculum, create lesson plans, or determine whether coursework meets Colorado graduation requirements. Certified teachers provide instruction in every subject, while parents stay involved and connected to their student’s progress.

    Is daily login mandatory for my student?

    There is no set time students need to log in every day. School is on students’ own time and schedules are flexible. Teachers do offer live lessons at scheduled times. Students aren’t required to attend those (but we strongly recommend that they do). Recordings of all live lessons are available for students to review 24/7!

    What are the requirements for enrolling in the program?

    What is the purpose of having immunization records as a requirement?

    While Colorado Digital Academy students may not meet together in person, the State of Colorado requires all students to submit their immunization records or follow the procedure outlined the state for an exemption.

    Will the diploma from Colorado Digital Academy be accepted by colleges and universities?
    Yes! Graduates from Colorado Digital Academy are well-equipped to attend colleges and universities, as well as any other programs that may require a high school diploma. Our graduates have gone on to successfully graduate from colleges and universities all over the U.S.!
